A HUGE thank to The Wilsey Down pub and the Camelford Group for raising a whooping £1360 at their recent Harvest Festival raffle and auction, which was held on Friday 12th October.
The Wilsey Down pub who kindly nominated us as their charity of the year donated the money to Heartswell’s Camelford Group.
In the picture (Above) ahead of the Harvest auction is the president of the Camelford group, Margaret Bosley, auctioneer Patrick Dennis of Lodge & Thomas, Brian Parkman, Ricky Cobbledick the owner of The Wilsey Down and Ang Goodman Camelford Group treasurer.
Once again, we would like to thank you for your kind support and all the money you have raised for the charity.
Donations will go towards vital equipment for hospitals in Devon and Cornwall. The charity offers a defibrillator programme and so far, has placed 112 defibrillators to the community. The charity also offers counselling services free of charge to cardiac patients and their families.
